1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website theslimee.com and the services provided by Cuddle and Blossom LLC, doing business as The Slimee (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including at our Westfield Garden State Plaza location, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The Slimee provides sensory-friendly slime play and creative art experiences at our Westfield Garden State Plaza location, including walk-in play sessions, birthday parties, field trips, school programs, summer camps, private events, and workshops. We also accept inquiries about opening new Slimee franchise locations. Participation in our activities involves inherent risks, as described in Section 6 below.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking a session, party, or event, including guest names, ages, and any allergy or sensory needs relevant to your visit. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted. A parent or legal guardian must review and sign a liability waiver on behalf of any participant under 18 before that participant may take part in our activities, and must directly supervise their child during walk-in play sessions and open play unless the child is enrolled in a staff-supervised program such as a camp, workshop, school program, or field trip.

4. Fees and Payments

Tickets, party packages, camps, and workshops must be booked and paid for through our website, booking platform, or in person, in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of booking. Birthday parties and group events typically require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and time, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the event. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update our prices at any time; changes will not affect a booking already confirmed at a prior price.
